I just signed up for a WP site package but mistakenly chose monthly billing. Essa opened a ticket for me to resolve the issue to get my billing changed to quarterly to receive the ongoing rate of $3.18/month. Hopefully the next support rep will address and resolve my billing issue.

The response time needs to improve. I've been with Mochahost for several years now, and it appears that the company's organizational structure has undergone some changes compared to eight years ago.
There seems to be a shortage of technical support staff, or perhaps it's due to different working hours. Some employees are attentive and dedicated to solving problems, while others seem rushed or pressed for time.
Nonetheless, there are still excellent members in the tech support team.
