"Beaware we had the most treble…"
Beaware we had the most treble experience with this company. We where accessed of damaged done to this vehicle, luckily my son had taken photographs there was a pea size dent not even a photographer would have picked up due the flourish lime green colour unsurprisingly she knew exactly where that dent was.We were subsequently charged €400.00 out of our deposit.How many other people have they conned with this same ruse.

"Totally inept company"
Totally inept company. I am unfortunate enough to have to use this company for the charging sessions for my fleet vehicle. They take charging sessions from my Zappi charger even before the session conclude, they now ignore the business usage flag and therefore all charging sessions including personal sessions get charged to my employer. The customer service is pathetic and takes about 3 weeks for them to reply. Their CEO needs sacking, to think that it acceptable to run a company this efficiently and to think that the totally bugged systems they run is acceptable.

Awful and unreliable, unhelpful staff. Emails not responded and no contact number to actually speak to anyone.

The staff is rude, the car is worn out, not cleaned, with torn tires, we waited for them to pick us up at the airport for 45 minutes, we had to wait 30 minutes to return the car, no one was in the office, the office is located 6-10 minutes from the airport in an old hangar, you have the feeling that you will be robbed or kidnapped! terrible experience

"Absolutely no idea of what customer service looks like."
Awful company with absolutely no idea of what customer service is!
If you have to call them then all the advisors seem to do is “raise a ticket”. It then seems to be 5+ days before any sort of reply. If you decide to call back to chase up what is happening all the”advisors” then seem to do is “escalate the ticket”.
To make things even worse any error or mistake in being paid isn’t rectified there and then but instead paid with the next months amount causing the customer to be in debt for potentially several weeks!!
I can’t think of any company in this day and age to that gives such a poor level of customer service. Maybe they should take a look at places like Apple or Amazon who excel at it and how it should be done.
Unfortunately I’m stuck dealing with this company due to it being through my employer but if I had the choice I would never use them again!!!!

Mina / allstar are a professional organisation, if the self help portals don't work out then over the phone agents always more than happy to advise and raise a service ticket. All emails do get actioned in the advised service level agreement just need to be patient.

Truly terrible customer service. They promise to call back within 3 days if you have problems. No point of contact to escalate issues. 3 weeks and no ability to speak to anyone but incoming call handler. Dont expect issues to be resolved, call centre mentality.
