I asked my husband if he could print off a manuel for something I do and wanted to have a hard copy that I could look at at any time without having to scroll through mh phone and struggling to read.
I don't usually give 5 stars because I believe there is always room to improve. But not this time.
The paper is a nice quality, the print is lovely and clear and the images are crisp. I would use and recommend to anyone.

I don’t often write reviews (this is actually my second one for Doxdirect), but when a service consistently impresses, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. Most people only contact customer service when something goes wrong—so why not give them some love when everything goes right?

Seeing my hard work transformed into beautifully finished books is such a rewarding experience.

Doxdirect consistently delivers great value, excellent service, and fast turnaround times.

I’ve printed in A4 and A5, with both gloss and matte covers, and the print quality has been fantastic—crisp text and high-quality images, including photographs.

My most recent project was based on a Victorian photo album with scanned images and original artwork, and the result was good enough to make me reconsider where I get all my photo books printed!

One suggestion: I’d really appreciate clearer guidance on the pixel dimensions for the front, back, and spine when designing covers offline. Custom-designed covers always look better, but the online design tool feels a bit inaccurate, and the support video overlaps the workspace, which doesn’t help.

That aside, Doxdirect has absolutely earned my trust and repeat business. Keep up the great work!
