Having an alarm system installed by another company, I had a lot of trouble finding someone to replace the batteries and service my system. Eventually I spoke to a company who advised me to contact SFB Solutions who gave me a great price to do the work. An appointment was made and the engineer Jack turned up at the agreed time and carried out the service, changed the sounder battery and even removed and replaced a sensor that the installer had installed upside down.
I have requested that I am added to the SFB register so that I can be contacted when my system service is due.
To say I was pleased with the service and professionalism of the engineer is an understatement, I was over the moon. I would certainly recommend SFB Solutions.

I put this man to the ultimate test on customer service prior to my order by raising many, many queries, over numerous emails, over several weeks. Each and every response was extremely detailed on each and every point raised, and I never got the slightest impression that I was being any kind of nuisance.

This detailed communication allowed me to choose precisely the best CCTV system to suit my needs.

(I tried two other companies at the same time, but both fell by the wayside on my second communication, and did not even respond.)

The level of attention to detail on the installation was high. I did experience a minor software issue which was successfully rectified on the first attempt which turned out to be a minor conflict with my own computer system.

I have no difficulty in highly recommending SFB Solutions, even if it takes a little longer than other companies. He sometimes gets busy, what can I say?
