Despite their consistent assertion that the finance department initiated the request and is awaiting its transmission, the process is proving ineffective. Ordinarily, upon refund issuance, an ARN should be promptly accessible to the bank within 24-72 hours for customers to track the transaction. Yet, on the 13th working day, I have not received any communication. Each live chat interaction merely regurgitates the same narrative, offering no elucidation on my requested details. The service's inefficacy and unethical practices have led me to the decision to never reinvest with them. While I can exercise patience in awaiting my reimbursement, the unacceptable aspect lies in the absence of proactive measures to address and rectify my predicament.
