checked to see if hotel had lift as my partner had some mobiity issues,the lady i was dealing with was unsure, but keeping her word she checked and called me back, she was very helpful

The web site is relatively easily navigated but a little longwinded. The main observation is that during the confirmation phase there is the opportunity to upgrade seating in the arena. The problem is there is no indication or advice about where any of the seats are. I checked against the event website but the two have no correlation.

The upgrade info needs more detail. Even when I emailed to ask I got given the info in the basic brochure and had to ask a second time for the company to contact the ooerator for the detail needed to enable me to make a decision whether to pay the extra for an upgrade on a ticket I was interested in.
