Dieple helped me define the path I should be taking in order to reach my life goals, of which Katherine helped me to really identify that they are (they were in there, just needed to realise that!) and the steps I needed to take to get there.
During coaching it is a really safe environment, free of judgement and criticism.
Some of the exercises we did during my first two coaching sessions really helped me to understand who I am and we could look at how my goals align to my values and beliefs, it wasn't something I had really considered before, but I found really useful when shaping the path to the end game!
