Great coffee.

Two suggestions:

- less packaging
- make deca capsules of another colour, or anyway different from the normal ones

"The coffee is great but too much packaging"

The coffee is great. I'm Italian and must say that I felt like walking into a coffee shop from my hometown.
What could however be improved is the big quantity of packaging: pods are in bags, which are in boxes, which are in box holders, which are in a big box.
Since you're doing compostable pods, which is great, as are in line with a certain ethic, a good idea could be an option to go packaging-less.
I bought 200 pods, give me the option to just have a big box with all the 5-pod bags inside! I don't care about boxes inside other boxes inside other boxes. It saves money to you, possibly me, and it's more ethic!
Well done again for the coffee and the name!

"Subscription is an education"

I bought a monthly subscription for two family members recently and they’ve both been blown away. Not only is there info on the coffee origin and how it’s been processed, but more impressive is the educational leaflets that accompany each delivery. From how to optimise each brewing method for the best taste, to what goes into each of the different coffees (latte, americano, flat white, etc). The education alone has been priceless - I’ve changed my stovetop brewing method and now fill the bottom with boiling water as per their recommendation. Not only is the coffee ready quicker but it’s tastier too. Oh, and the coffee beans are top notch too!

If you love your coffee and consider yourself a coffee amateur then get yourself a subscription for a few months and educate yourself. It’s well worth it.... can’t recommend highly enough.

We love their coffee and deliveries of very recently roasted beans is quick.
On the one occasion they had the order slightly wrong I phoned and they sent me a replacement bag straight away.
I buy whole beans for home but have recently tried their Nespresso pods for our Nespresso machine in our caravan. The pods are about the same price as genuine Nespresso pods but we think they are far nicer (and of course compostible)
