This team is 1000% professional in EVERY way and have adapted unbelievably well to the craziness of covid. Their health and safety conscious team are second to none.

Having any treatment here is not cookie cutter one size fits all. It’s about looking at the individual and doing what’s right for that person. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

"Rang up to book in for the cutera laser…"

Rang up to book in for the cutera laser a few times since the pandemic restrictions were lifted only to be told that they weren't offering it at the time but with no clear explanation as to why but I just figured it was a close contact treatment and they were being extra careful but today I rang up to enquire now that all the restrictions have been lifted only to find out that the clinic is now only offering "members multi modal treatment" I had no idea what this meant but it turns out it's a fancy way of saying they no longer offer single treatments and to have any treatment there you have to be a member and purchase multiple different treatments. This doesn't make any sense to me but it seems pretty shady as the woman on the phone was also pretty evasive when I questioned her about what it meant so I won't be purchasing multiple treatments just to have one and I'll be going elsewhere. What a way to lose custom and trust in your own establishment. Thank you aesthetic health for wasting my time and messing me about whilst also alienating a lot of potential customers.

"Over familiar irritating staff"

The facials I have had are of a good standard and the treatments administered by knowledgeable staff. The reason I have given only three stars is becuase of the customer service/reception staff being extremely over familiar and constantly using terms like, lovely and darling which I personally find unprofessional. I also called once to cancel an appointment and the receptionist told me I sounded like a robot due to the line being bad. I called back and then proceeded to be called lovely every two seconds. When I told her I was cancelling due to a cream that I was using for hyper pigmentation that would interact badly with a laser facial I was asked the name of the cream, where I had bought it from, how to spell it, if I had bought it online or instore. I felt this was unjustified and over the top. I won't be going again as I find the over familiarity too irritating.

From the moment you walk through the door you feel the warmth and professionalism from the team.
The treatments are always explained and questions answered and you never feel pressured into anything.
Future proofing my skin is a big plus for me and a plan is always put in place.
I get so many compliments on my skin and I have the Aesthetic Health team to thank for it!

The journey that I have been on withAesthetic Health started when I had my first consultation with Julia a Good few years ago now, I had visited several other clinics in the area and I knew immediately that Aesthetic Health was for me. Julia’s immense knowledge and understanding coupled with her desire to produce natural results and not ‘overdo’ anything convinced me I was in the right hands. From the very start I have felt safe and cared for, all the staff are incredible and welcoming and the aftercare is exceptional.
