I was getting scammed by a seller I’ve used many times named socraticsolutions.us & if I am being honest, I was not feeling optimistic that WAAVE would help. Well, I am happy to admit that I was very wrong because Mariana Otero the Merchant Success Manager made certain I got my money returned!! I did have to message a few times but, in the end, she came through in a big way & I got a full refund! Moving forward I will have complete trust in paying with WAAVE again in the future!

The problem was solved within 24hrs, ZERO dramas. I never added a password to my WAAVE profile so I didn't know I could get this level of help. Totally worth it!

Credit card info was stolen after 1 sole transaction by WAAVE. I repeat this is the only provider that was used for my account in some time. Almost immediately after that transaction, account was used for a laundry list of fraud transactions. My system is protected by a robust security package so the theft did not occur locally.

Waave is legit but excessive compliance. They don't give any control to their vendors and have excessive compliance. They block products that are legal and don't know how to read COAs correctly. They implement ID uploads when they don't need to which makes companies look bad. Find a better processor who has less control.
