"Helpful, patient and accommodating"

We went through quite a complicated renovation which took a lot longer than expected. Throughout the design, installation and commissioning Total were flexible and communicated well with us, the builder, the man who did our external insulation and render, the plumber, electrician and architect. We've learnt a lot working with these guys and we found them incredibly patient, helpful and accommodating. The system works extremely well, we've a heat pump, new radiators, underfloor heating, panels, car charger and some clever apps which I'm still learning about!!

Great experience with TRS when they installed our ground source heat pump for barn conversion. They did all calculations and worked well with our builders to make sure pump and insulation work together. Worked well all last winter and we have a warm house.

TRS was highly recommended. Had 13 solar panels fitted first day. Second day battery and edi was fitted to existing system. Was all up and running that day. Was a very good experience dealing with Luke and his team of fitters/engineers.
