"Living up to their name!"

Comfort Discovered more than live up to their name! The service and supply of equipment was without compare to the other (many) suppliers I had called and visited. It was the consideration for the individual need rather than provision of what they had available that set the team apart. I called the shop having found them online after a 3-month search for a wheelchair. The product knowledge, technical understanding and honesty in what I could reasonably expect out of the wheelchair made for a straightforward purchase. I was confident in taking the recommendation because the team reflected with me on how the specific needs we had would be met - or not. I was astonished to receive the wheelchair on the next working day and delighted at how kind and sharing the handover process was. Three weeks on and yes, it has been a challenge to get used to a new 'vehicle', but my goodness I'm glad I sought and followed the advice of the experts. Thank you.

"Convenience"

I have just returned a knee scooter, having hired one for my wife who broke her ankle just before Christmas. Comfort Discovered were one of the few providers prepared to rent the equipment, others wanted full purchase. I also required non slip bathmats for the shower and they had everything required. The service is pleasant, the shop extremely well appointed, and access and parking on site, easily accessible. I can understand why this company was recommended to me by a major hospital, and endorse the confidence they expressed. A very easy and satisfying transaction.

"Power wheelchair purchase"

I needed to replace a loaner power wheelchair (from a government agency) so investigated various mobility aids shops. Decided to go with Comfort Discovered who were further from home but they were the most helpful.
The showroom has undercover parking so I was able to keep dry on a wet day. Also, the parking area turned out to be useful for testing equipment offerings.
Rej showed me several products and adjusted them to suit me. However, nothing was ideal so Comfort Discovered arranged for me to visit the distributor where I was given a full rundown on their product range, including a demonstration of the fitting adjustments and options that could be applied to my preferred power wheelchair.
I placed the order through Comfort Discovered and subsequently took delivery of the unit, which was adjusted on-site by the distributor and Comfort Discovered. A follow up visit was arranged to fine tune the adjustments to suit my personal needs.
The attitude and service from Comfort Discovered was helpful, polite, and professional at all times during the pre-sales, purchase, delivery, and after-sales processes.

"Great service"

Recently I contacted the store to order a new part for a recliner. I had approached another supplier who had given me the run around for weeks. One phone call, a photo sent of the product that was needed and it was ordered very quickly. I was kept in constant communication of when my part was expected to arrive. I will not hesitate to use Comfort Discovered again. Also easy parking always a plus!
