"Representation with Meetings and Disciplinary Hearing"
I wanted some advice with the meetings I was having with my employer and representation in my disciplinary hearing.
I found all members of their team helpful and the experience from start to finish was satisfactory.
I hope that I won't need their services in future but I think that I have had value for money from my membership with their organisation.

"Customer service "
Really polite, professional and helpful customer service team. I spoke to Janine Greenhalgh and i must say she was very understanding and guided me to the next step clearly.

"Tribunal Disaster"
Thank you for your long awaited response, which you have had much time to devise. At no time at all were you ever misled about the circumstances of my case. Throughout the whole process from beginning to end, I kept the union informed from the ET1 form through to the ET3 even while left alone to deal with ACAS I still attempted to liaise with yourselves. However, your union failed to show interest in the ET1 to ET2 parts that were left to me to complete as you did not want to get involved at this early stage. Furthermore, it was at the ET3 stage that you made the decision to get involved after reviewing mine and my employers evidence and were supplied with all the information you needed. When I finally submitted the E3 form to your ET inbox, it sat there for almost a week unread until I was forced to make a phone call to your call centre (if that is what it is). The Tribunal has yet to give a ruling so I do not know how it is that you think that I misled anyone let alone yourselves. All you have done is show how dishonest and deceitful you truly are. My pleasure is that now I have left your hopeless union, you will not be privy to the Tribunal decision when it arrives whether that is in my favour or against.

"I would like to share my personal…"
I would like to share my personal experience with this union, and I assure you that every word I say is the complete truth without any lies.
Unfortunately, they do not provide any support in case of disputes. You are left to handle your grievances on your own without any assistance. You will have to contact ACAS and go through the entire process by yourself, including filling out the ET1 form.
They are unconcerned about those who are disabled. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Regarding the positive reviews, I am uncertain as it seems they selectively choose whom to assist. However, I can confirm that when you join this union, you are required to pay a membership fee. In times of work-related problems, you are left to deal with them alone.
Personally, I would have preferred if the monthly membership fee I paid went towards supporting charities or helping homeless people, instead of this fraudulent Union.

"A professional yet personal Union"
The Workers of England Union (WEU) were recommended to me by a friend and colleague of mine. I work in the mental health field and wanted a union who understood workplace concerns.
I had a problem in the work place and WEU were good in the support they gave me. Professional and polite admin. staff. Good union rep. help who provided support at work meetings and at certain points, legal support was eventually given, too.
If you want a friendly union, I would recommend joining WEU. The monthly fees are cheap.

"Prompt and professional support"
I worked in elderly care for 6 yrs and had joined Unison originally. Sadly, they were unable to support any issues that deviated from govt policy. Phone calls were redirected or went to voicemail, emails got 'out of office' replies. My rep offered to revise a letter to my employer but, after 2 months, still had not done so. Luckily, a colleague had joined WEU so I switched. Like night vs day...every email replied to the same day, draft responses and advice provided within 24 hrs. Support and knowledgeable reps provided every step of the way. Helped me to successfully claim unfair dismissal. I'm now receiving excellent support for my employment tribunal claim for harassment and discrimination. An emotional journey but I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!

"Great Union"
WEU rep was really responsive and provided great advice that was on point. We got a good outcome from my grievance and it really helps when the WEU rep isn't part of the organisation workforce. We did the HR meetings online which I was a bit worried about initially but the meetings went well on Teams with plenty of 121 support before and after the meetings. Nothing but praise for Workers of England Union.

"I contacted the union out of hours and…"
I contacted the union out of hours and received a response within an hour of opening on the monday,The advice I received by multiple e-mails and phone calls was excellent and correct and managed to overturn a decision that had gone against me,I would highly recommend anybody join this Union as they definately care about us as people and not for ulterior motives like other trade unions.

"Avoid at all cost!!!"
Shame they didnt spend the same time on the reply below as they did on my case... Avoid at all cost, they are !!!. my employer gave me a false reference and the union (Stephen) did nothing to challenge them. I wrote all the challenging emails and they would simply forward them onto the employer without any input. They dragged out the process and did nothing to get the employer to provide evidence. After all that I was told to go to ACAS for deformation.... also the office manager literally shouted and screamed at me down the phone when I questioned their poor support.

"HOPE NOT HATE"
When I asked Workers of England Union about an article that came up in a search about "Hope not Hate" they became very aggressive Yes I've called, not it was not a nice experience. They are now exposed.
