These guys are the best, seriously - if I wasn't moving away for university, I'd definatley be going with them again.

My uni wants all electricals pat tested so I searched online and found them, I was skeptical at first having never done anything like this before but it payed off. The patience they displayed throughout the process was amazing. Not only did they come out to test only 5 items , but on the day I was booked my entire area lost all phone and WiFi signal. They fought through all the issues you can imagine this presented to find me, even after a satnav error sent my technician to the other side of the town, and managed to get to me very close to my alloted time slot and was gone within half hour.

Just over 48 hours after payment , I've received all the documentation. I couldn't be happier.

The only minor issues I had was when trying to pay, you are provided with a link or the option to do bank transfer. I tried to use the link multiple times with different cards both visa and MasterCard but I had no luck , this didn't end up being an issue due to the bank transfer option though luckilly.

The only other minor thing I had was having to work out what the final cost was before the invoice came through (being a student on limited income , this was important for my budget). They provide their prices as cost+VAT , I'm unsure if that's something that's done for dealing with other businesses or somthing but I was thrown of by that, having been used to just seeing prices include VAT by default most of my life. Again, this was not an issue but it's somthing to be aware of.

Kent PAT Testing - Marten Group Ltd - were on our site for a few days to complete our PAT requirements and as usual it is always a pleasure to have them complete these works for us as it takes away the stress and strain of us completing it ourselves,
The Kent PAT engineers are so flexible and obliging in their work ethic I have no concerns with letting them get on with their job
