"Brilliant"

I used this company last May to take me from the Camberley area to a cruise in Southampton and It was so good I always meant to write a review and never got round to it so here goes :
well they were fantastic the price was good the car was clean and tidy and the driver was very friendly now I did organise it with plenty of time to spare and the first taxi they sent actually broke down at Winchester (these things happen) but they actually got a replacement cab to me and that one only turned up only five minutes late from the original time I just don't know how they did that absolutely amazing I'll never use anyone else to go to Southampton

"poor booking experience"

the actual car & driver was very good, however the initial website experience was poor. A price was offered, however clicking on the select price button did not allow me select the deal. Effectively a compulsory upgrade was my only option - more money obviously!!
It was not obvious that an sms option was selected and surprise surprise - more money.
In conclusion the actual car & driver were good and are not criticised - just the website format etc.. - so beware
