"Bad communication good product 3 items payed only 2 received"

The bag and 1 jacket is very nice. The color is different, much brighter than on the picture. unfortunately after ordering and paying for it there was no further communication whether or when they send it. So it took 2 weeks without knowing. But finally it arrived and I am happy. I ordered 3 items but only 2 were sent although I payed for all 3. They really should send an email telling me whether the 3rd item will be sent separately or whether they just keep my payment without sending anything. That's really disappointing .

Pochi giorni fa ho acquistato un un negozio un capo Bjanko ( giacca primaverile) bella da vedere e leggerissima da indossare ma dopo pochi giorno era già indossanile causa cedimenti e scuciture del materiale con cui era fatta. Tramite mail chie informazioni direttamente alla sede di Bjanko informazioni è delucidazioni e vengo liquidato in malo modo perché la colpo di tutto ciò e mia. Il che non è assolutamente vero l’unica colpa mia è quella di essermi fatto lusingare ad acquistarla!!!!
