My item was backordered which I saw when ordering. Once I purchased I received an email from the company just letting me know it was on backorder in case I hadn't noticed prior. I appreciated this as it is a rare gesture. Item still arrived within a week so I was impressed either way.

The customer service was good but it took my order about 6 weeks to get to me when it was only supposed to take up to 10 days! Somehow my order wasn't on the shipments? Im not really sure how that happens. But the contact was quick to answer my questions so that was really nice!
