If you explained that your company completed and with my approval, then why am I writing against this company. The contract was not as you stated. I did not get the 5 books, trailer, no active website nor social media agreement. Not to even repeat the Amazon and Ingran Sparks disaster. And the upmost of not receiving my $750. You lied to Chase Bank, and they refunded the money to your team. In your emails you continuously suggest getting the $750 refund from the bank. The only problem with the bank is that they did not access Amazon to see exactly the ISBN and listing Book Writing Genie as the publisher. The book was already published. Why would you offer to continue in an engagement, when you have blocked me from your line of communication? All I want is my money back. PERIOD.
