I ordered a costume this year for Halloween. I got it quite quick. Everything was alright but I didn't like the way the costume looked on me so, I decided to return it.
Absolutely ridiculous the returns are. You have to pay yourself for the parcel return. I returned it, paid for delivery, after one day the parcel reached the warehouse (was delivered to the company back). I was waiting for a week and a half to get the answer from them about the refund but I got nothing. So, I decided to write an email myself. I got a reply that they are very busy at this time of the year so it usually takes 14 working days to process everything. I was like ok, I understand and I will wait but after 14 days I got no answer AGAIN. I wrote another email and got a reply that it will take 28 days to process it because they are very busy...
I waited again...
Well, basically I was waiting for nothing because today is 9th of December, I wrote another email, my parcel has been delivered to you on 31st of October and I still haven't got any answer from you or the "warehouse team".... Honestly, avoid this if you don't want any headache. Better go to Amazon or somewhere else. At least will be more trustworthy than this...
This is a joke and no surprise why they call themselves joke masquerade....

I ordered the space hopper costume on the Saturday, found out that the address it was being sent to was my old address, so emailed them right away to change it.
Never got a response!. Till Monday morning telling me it was on its way to my old address Emailed again. Still waiting on a response

I ordered the Geri ginger wig and it was nothing like the picture when it arrived. It was frizzy on the roots, very sparse and there were strips of the wig that were lifting. It couldn’t be worn. I asked for a replacement but there were no more in stock so I had a full refund which I received it last week.

Kid's costume cost £40 incl delivery but fell apart irreparably on first usage. When prompted for feedback by their site I left a fairly generous 3* product review saying that the costume design was fun and delivered on time but that the quality of particular elements was really poor for the price.
The costume also needed adjustments to fit the age advertised range (e.g. adult sized mask provided for young children, so kids could not see out of eye holes).
More than a week later my review has not been published. So take the product reviews published on their site with a pinch of salt!

Prompt service on the original delivery. When I opened the costume it was damaged. I emailed customer services. Kelly responded and arranged the delivery of a replacement within 24 hours. Good service and would use this company again.
