I was promised a DEX (a negotiated transfer from the broker program after paying $2,500) but I got a dysfunctional Web3 wallet posing as a DEX (after paying $3,000 and being promised a working platform). I was guaranteed a refund if the said functions on the platform were not working. The platform did not have the functions and features promised and I have not been refunded.

They didn't know the difference between a DEX (decentralized exchange, e.g Uniswap, Sushiswap) and a decentralized Web3 Wallet (e.g. Metamask). The term "DEX" does not mean 'decentralized'. They were promoting a DEX wallet as an actual decentralized exchange.

They claim to be a "regulated" agency:

In their TrustPilot description they say: "The HashCash group of companies are locally registered in the US, UK, Australia, UAE, India and Singapore. The companies are registered with Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) US, Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) India and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) UK and follow FATF mandates for the rest of the world."

None of the above agencies have ever heard of them. If so, what is your license number? They also go by 'Digital Edge Advisors' and "Blockbase Consultants Limited Private".

I have dozens and dozens more horror stories of software bugs (in which I was from Iran), customer service contradictions (travel rules) and questionable responses from the 'boiler room' type call center. I'll stop here.

I am awaiting a REFUND for almost 3 months, I am still waiting to hear from their so-called "payment dispute team" and now the "payment compliance team".

The so-called "fake" token (NAD) was created on their private blockchain, the HCNET blockchain. If the NAD token (listed at $100) is fake then you're confirming that the HCNET blockchain (your fake blockchain) is indeed FAKE and fraudulent.

Does your "white label" DEX have liquidity or a liquidity pool?

What is a Web3 wallet? What is a DEX? What was I promised by "Rick Reynolds"? Rick Reynolds made all the aforementioned promises and ghosted me after making a payment.
