"Very good customer service."

No issues with the products at all. The people we have dealt with for the little issues we had at the beginning were amazing. They helped fix the faults as soon as they could.

"Unreliable service"

Since system was installed I have had problems. The sky bell security camera has never worked properly. I have been locked out of my home because the system went offline and the security code would not grant access. Trouble calls are not answered in a timely matter. I will not renew my contract and advise others to be careful purchasing this system.

"Feeling safe."

I am glad that the NorthStar rep knocked on my door. I don't necessarily feel unsafe in my new home, but as a single woman, having a security system does help ease my mind quite a bit.

"Unhappy New Customer"

My door bell has not worked since the system was installed. I've tried making appts., only for no one to show up. They said my 2nd month would be free. I now doubt even that is true and they suckered me into a 5 year contract. At this point, I would not recommend NorthStar to any of my neighbors because customer support is #1 and NorthStar you are slacking in this area. I live in Heritage Park behind Baybrook Mall. This is where NorthStar offered me a deal so I could represent them to my neighbors but they are not meeting my most immediate needs.

"First Time Customer"

I had not heard of NorthStar, but so far the service and equipment have been great. I replaced a standard number pad with a digital screen, much like a small tablet. I like the equipment and added features over my old system.

"System or techs are poor quality."

Disappointed in how the salesman prey on you after you have been robbed.had system for 2 weeks keep having problems yes after a couple of days they send some out to repair it last two days and breaks again . Today got up and is broke again I guess I will call again got them on speed dial now.

"System works fine. Problem with Skybell."

The Skybell app worked perfectly for about a week. Now all it does is buffer. Is there any way to fix this problem?
