"Narrow minded and amateur - avoid at all cost!"

If I could give less than 1 star I would...having never used this company before, I booked a same day appointment online but due to child care issues needed to re-book. Despite giving more than 3 hours notice, I was told that I wouldn't be able to re-book my appointment and would instead be charged the full amount of my appointment as a cancellation fee. As a first time customer, I found this approach completely narrow minded and draconian, had I missed the appointment or re-booked and then failed to show - I would have no issues with being charged a full fee for the inconvenience caused. However as a new customer, I expected some form of common sense. Won't use ever, I hope this review encourages others to choose a alternative salon.

Yes - the small print explains the terms and conditions, but really, as someone who phoned up the salon and requested politely to re-schedule did you need to be so inflexible.
