"Good product but didn't send enough items"

Quick delivery, well packed. Cup holders were a good quality and price.
Unfortunately although 150 were ordered, only 130 were delivered. The remaining 20 were promised but a few days later we were given a refund instead.

Don't be fooled by the cheaper prices they appear to offer. Because you'll then find at checkout that the only delivery options they offer - bearing in mind it's a box of paper cups! - start at £12.74! This is next for working day. Next day is a whopping £43.10!
No standard delivery options offered at all.
Edit: Response to yours of 9/10. Who you "aim" your website at is insignificant. The issue is that you do not offer a standard delivery service. All of the well-known courier companies provide a standard 2-3 or 3-5 working day service for at the most £6.50, ie less than half of your minimum £12.74. I use them all the time for my own business needs. I was able to buy the exact same cups in the exact same quantity, ie 1000, from another company who gave the option of standard 3-5 working days delivery.
