Ordered a pet memory keepsake for my sister as her dog recently passed away. Excellent service and I was delighted with the product. Looks so much more expensive than it was. A beautiful gift.

Very slow delivery which was disappointing
I suspect item are shipped from oversea’s I.e China once arrived in U.K. this company then ships out from U.K.
if I had known this prior to ordering I wouldn’t of bothered as I need a memorial gift for a death it arrived two weeks later
I actually felt embarrassed and ashamed
On the website gave a few days turn around
The item itself was very nice when it eventually arrived
The was no date on postage label your reply regarding RMail taking a long time to deliver can not be proven
As soon as I opened a paypal dispute the item arrived two days later

"Lovely memorial for a beloved pet"

I ordered a personalised glass pet photo memorial on Monday evening and it arrived safe and sound on Wednesday morning. I was very pleased with the token. It is very substantial and is even better than the photo on the website. It came in a mesh gift bag and is a lovely memorial for my friend who lost her beloved dog.

Just one suggestion .. it would have been helpful if there was a preview option on the website to check before ordering.

Purchased baby birth plate recently and was very pleased that it was identical to the plates I had purchased back in the 80's and 90's for my children. Now at least my grandchildren have matching plates to their parents.
