The seller had an issue with Evri, having dispatched my product to them. The product never arrived. I had sent an email to the company but ended up in Junk mail. When the owner realised the issue the communication was extremely prompt and kind. By this point I’d ordered from somewhere else as I needed the product asap. He immediately processed the refund which I am really grateful for. Thanks to this experience, I will look to use vivid plates again! Thanks for all your help, Owen!
