"Not Impressed!!!"

Bought a second hand Honda cbr600fw 1998, back in 2016.
Used it for the last eight years on the odd occasion. Still only 12000 miles on it. Decided to strip it down and prepared the frame by using wet n dry etc, only to find the back half of the frame had been bodge welded and filled with filler. Also the tank was a totally different colour underneath. Not impressed to say the least!!!!!!

"I ordered a set of brake pads from…"

I ordered a set of brake pads from their eBay store.

They have terrible customer service, advertising items as in stock when they aren't. I messaged them 3 times with no reply, waited a whole month for my brake pads to be dispatched and that was only after a phone call from me prompting them to find out where they were. I was told they can take some from another person’s order that was waiting on other parts (not good for that person either).
Then my parcel tracking was showing as delivered, however it had not been delivered to me. I messaged NWMD again to check if they had sent the parcel to the correct address and again, no reply!
I decided to raise a case on eBay to which was quickly closed as the tracking said delivered. I am now out of pocket £38.60 and will have to buy the pads again elsewhere. that the best part of £80.

Looking back through my eBay history it would seem I had previously ordered from NWMD to which they did the same thing a couple years back, that time I had been refunded.

This company do not care, they are lazy and extremely unhelpful.

"Appalling service."

Ordered a Givi bag online. E mail confirmation that item would be dispatched within 24 hours. My account was debited the same day. I emailed a week later to be told that I was sent the wrong email, the item was not in stock and would be sent within 2-3 weeks. I replied asking them to confirm that the item was available as it was no longer on their website. No reply! Emailed 2 weeks later asking where the item was. No reply! Called them and after a while they confirmed that the item was discontinued and not available. So I have wasted 3 weeks when I could have been looking elsewhere and they have had my money for 3 weeks. I will never use them again and I'm surprised they are still in business with customer service like this!

"Waste of time"

Reading the good Reviews that must be online payment stock item and label on Box that even a monkey could be trained to do(maybe even better ) .but costumer service is absolute none what so f....ever existing.compare to a lazy teenager at his room when you have called 10 times you might be lucky to get an answer ..was this the only place where Honda parts could be ordered i would prefer to change brand .the one star given is for the first items at a good price

"Great customer service"

Rang as I needed the part quickly. Was not expecting much but the helpful chap at NWMD followed it up, sending me a mail advising as to what he would do and it arrived the next day! And with the best prices around for the items I've needed. ...why go anywhere else?

I would give a 5 star review for my latest order of a yellow pearl sprint yellow undertray. I would prefer some notification about dispatch (I did not receive any details about dispatch). However I would rate a previous order as 1 star only. I ordered a honda hornet crank case cover previously in pearl sprint yellow. I was sent a honda logo sticker and no crank case....costing me £58. I admit I didn't check the contents of the box until after the return period had a passed. Rather than list the product as not in stock I was sent a very lightweight box with a yellow honda logo sticker. Poor service.

"Great prices and quick delivery"

I received my product with no damage and saved a bunch of money with NWMD. I would purchase from them again. Product was shipped overseas and I got it earlier than planned.
