My experience with Kresta has been simply fantastic! From the moment I met Michael, who spent as much Christmas time as needed with me to look at all options for my home, I knew Kresta was the right choice. He listened, and came up with out of the box solutions for my home. Then the gentleman (sorry I forget his name), who came to install was just as lovely. He had a challenge with installing one curtain as my window was curved and he had to makeshift up something he had never die before, but he delivered. Both gentlemen were fantastic and made the whole experience seamless. And our curtains look amazing! Thank you!

I went to Kresta Osborne Park WA and from the beginning found excellent service. All contacts with staff were pleasant and polite and they were very accommodating with installation date as I had renovation work to finish. The installer did a very painstaking job, was polite and cleaned up and removed all packing materials. Not only this, but the product was (on special) better priced than all their competitors.
Would fully recommend this store and will definitely use them again.

"Over 12 Months Later Still awaiting Blinds"
Sorry for the long post!!! I just dont want anyone to experience what we have!!!!
In December 2015 we dropped a blind off at the Fyshwick store, to have the string repaired, was told this will take 3 weeks. I was Happy with this responce as it was Christmas time..... but then the nightmare started!!!
Mid/to end of January 2016 I called to see if I could pick up my blind (on a Saturday), they couldnt find it and would call me back on Monday as the weekend staff dont know how to do find that kind of stuff. Come Wednesday no one called us.... so we had to call then, they couldnt locate out blind so they will call us back later in the afternoon, 2 days later no call back so we call them again, and once more they couldnt find our blind and call as back, which they never did we always had to call them, we even went to the store a few times to sort it out. This went on until they finally admitted they lost our blind/must of thrown it out, this was Mid February I also asked for someone to come and look at my blinds as nearly eveyone of the blinds the Glue was failing and the blinds where falling apart... just after a year old these blinds are.
I was told they will order a replacement blind gor the one they lost and it will be 6 weeks....... Fast forward to the End of May 2016, where the "order had been lost", "we moved to a new computer system", "the factory stuffed up and forgot to make it", "oh thats weird there is a Random hold on your order", even after being told heaps if time from the Manager Margret, there in there way and it will be here "Next" week. (Mind you when the Manager says she will call you back.... don't sit by the phone, she never calls you back, you have to chase her!!)
My Bedroom blind finally arrived.... and it was Way to big for my window.
"I am so sorry darling dont worry it will only take 6 weeks and we will get you a new blind" from the Manager Margret herself.
At the time in May they finally managed to look at all the other blinds that where falling apart.
Now Fast forward to Mid November (yes another 6 months since this all started, and many promises from Margret the Manager of the shop, and many times she never called back and I had to do the chasing) my blinds finally arrived...... now this is the most funniest part of this whole story.
It's blind install day.... the installer called to say he was on his way and will be there in 15 mins (30 mins late of our 8 am appointment) but guess what 45 mins the store call to let us know he gas broken down, and they will call this afternoon to arrange another time. 1 week later they call me to let me know My Blinds literally just arrived!!! (God knows whos blinds I was getting a week ago when his van broke down )
So finally we are on the 11/11/2016 and My blinds are arriving.... 30 mins late again.... but hey at least he showed up this time!!! But you wouldn't believe it..... the blinds are wrong again!!!! This time the sting for the bathroon ones is on the wrong side!!! Someone will call me this afternoon to let me know when the new ones will arrive..... now you wouldn't believe it but Noone Rang!!!!!! I had to call the Hopeless Manager Margret again..... but this time she assured me and gave me her word the blinds would arrive the 05/12/2016 and zhe was going to keep a close eye on them to make sure they arrived in time... and we will install them 8 am 9/12 (he was a no show!!).... today is the 12/12 and guess what.... No blinds!!!! Called Margret and the blinds have not arrived yet!!! She will call me back with in a hour to give me a update (2.5 hour's later still waiting)
I hope who ever reads this gets my message of DO NOT buy blinds from Kresta!!! $10500 on blinds to start breaking just after 12 months old.... to then wait 12 Months to have them repaired.... and if your a poor person like me who stupidly got blinds from Kresta thinking they would be a professional company with quality products, and has to deal with such a incompetent Manager like Margret, I understand your pain and frustration.

"Terrible Service, never buy from them again"
We bought motorised blinds from Kresta 4 years ago, since last year, we started to have problems. The panels in our lounge room, can move up and down, but not alighted. We called Kresta Mona Vale many time, finally they sent their technician in, but he has no knowledge of the motors used in our lounge room and made the problem even worse. Afterwords, we continued to contact with Kresta, we talked with different level of management, they promised to fix it, but they didn't send anyone here to repair it, they didn't do anything about. we are appalled by their service and their altitude to their customers.

"Terrible customer service"
I recently ordered several thousand dollars worth of blinds and curtains from the Newcastle branch. As requested, I paid in full before installation. The blinds were installed in a reasonable time and I was satisfied with the quality. However, when the installer came with the curtains one was missing. Despite three visits to the showroom and a lengthy phone discussion with a person claiming to be the NSW Customer Relations Manager the missing curtain still has not been located or a replacement made. I have been told that a ‘special order’ for a new curtain has been placed with the factory but can get no indication of when this might happen, despite being told a week ago by the Customer Relations Manager that the order would be placed the day I spoke to him and that I would then be contacted with a delivery date.
Today at the showroom I requested to again speak to the Customer Relations Manager or someone else in authority but the receptionist claimed that no-one could not be contacted. I was told that I would be contact later today – that was 4 hours ago.
This has been a frustrating experience and I would definitely not recommend Kresta. They simply don't seem to care about their customers, particularly after they have your money.

"Very Poor Customer Service - Repeatedly"
Kresta Caringbah, what do I have to do to get an update on my plantation shutters?!
Its been 6 months and still no plantation shutters.
At no time during the process have you contacted me to update me on the process. Each time I have received bad news is when I call to find out what is going on.
Very reactive and 'UN-proactive'. This started from the very 1st interaction where we paid a deposit. I emailed the order and deposit details and requested confirmation the order had been placed and deposit had been received. Nothing. Until I called again and again.
* You don't EVER answer emails.
* Your phone rings out at the branch and when I call HQ they keep telling me someone from Caringbah will call me - and they never do.
* I've been told my shutters are in stock but 1 item hasn't arrived. "Soon" isn't a date.
The initial salesman told us your installers would make good. When your installers turned up to take a final measurement, they denied any capability to do such work. So our decision - and deposit - was made on false information and has a direct and negative financial impact. Yes, it swayed our decision as all other competitors said they would not do the make good works, where Kresta said you would.
Bait and switch? ACCC need to know about this behaviour?
Now that you have the deposit, it feels as if you have just said:
"Tough. You'll get it when we're ready. Deal with it...Oh and you'll have to call us to get it sorted because we cant be bothered calling you...now that we have your money."
Quite possibly a 'business' with the worst customer service I have encountered for some time.
I made a mistake selecting Kresta I should have stuck with Winston who do my internal blinds.
Kresta come and install my planation shutters so I never have to deal with you again!

"Great blinds, but..."
Very happy with the blinds, look good, work well and not too expensive, although there are cheaper options out there. Went with Kresta because of previous positive experience.
The lady who came out to quote was quite rude and supercilious, in fact insulting, perhaps because of our mature age? Made it clear she was the expert and we knew nothing. Quite incorrect as it worked out.
