Test arrived late. It was meant to arrive the next day - arrived 3 days after. The certificate arrived even later than that. The form you had to fill out felt super dodgy - a google docs form. Not professional, felt like my data was being harvested for a scam

Please avoid at all costs! It is a scam! They don't send a confirmation number straightaway for a lateral flow day 2 and neither do they respond to your calls or emails. Do NOT use!

A scam. I was coming back from abroad so found this company on the government website, paid them their £15 and registered the details on my passenger locater form. I was sent a faulty Day 2 lateral flow test which meant I could not carry it out. Calls to the company are met with an auto response that the call has been received. You can't get any further, let alone speak to anyone. Emails (5 sent so far) are simply ignored. I've requested a refund but obviously there's no chance of that. By the way, the test they send can't cost even 5p to manufacture. I've sent a report to the government. Now I'm waiting for someone to complain that I didn't take the test.
Avoid this scam.

"Not suitable for early morning flights…"
Not suitable for early morning flights or countries like italy which require a <24h test, as they don't work overnight, and there is no possibility to contact them. A very expensive mistake and a missed flight to use them

Late delivery to me, and late delivery to the lab. I feel scammed
Ridiculously expensive for a service which took way longer than it should have done. had to stay in quarantine unnecessarilly longer than planned. this test service caused me significant disruptions. customer service unwilling to account for any responsibility, and completely unwilling to compensate for the ensuing disruption to my life. one of the worst services i have ever used in my life across any domain.
