I received my part but it was defective. I tried to exchange the item but they wanted me to pay the shipping and handling to return the part and then pay additional shipping to send a replacement part. Not to mention I already paid shipping on the original part. This is crazy.

I called customer service to clarify the correct adhesive because the damper kit on the Maytag washer didn't come with it. The website had two glues came up under the Model # for the repair. The individual i spoke with stated they "only sell parts" and could not tell me the appropriate adhesive to purchase. The individual stated "call the manufacturer". Apparently, the "Parts Dr" only sells parts and knows nothing about the parts.
