Easy to use great at last minute entries late in the day when you forget to enter earlier in the day.
When mistakes are made by me Telephone support is excellent no reading off pre prepared run sheets to resolve the issue, just plain good Aussie English.

I was worried at first how to use online, but it was quite simple really. The thing I was pleased with the most was that the tickets I purchased was automaticaly deducted from my past winnings left on my account.

I've been with the Lott for 5 years now and have never had a problem with their service. Any issue I had in the past has always been resolved fairly quickly over the phone. The Lott Iphone app is super easy and stress free to use I love it :)

"Not overly professional"

Not overly professional. Very difficult to contact via phone, a complicated website and I'm presently unable to easily delete a credit card from my personal details on the site. They request that I contact them directly, and when attempted, they always seem to have higher that normal call traffic (a euphemism for 'we prefer making lots of money so we don't employ enough staff for customer requests') then continue to say either call back later today or next week.
