"Guttering on side of garage"

In April 2022, Florin and Mike installed a new kitchen including new lighting and sockets, changed doors, new balustrade, skirting and put new floor in the kitchen, downstairs corridor, upstairs landing, bathroom and toilet and some other repairs. They did an excellent job all round, they both take pride in their work.

Since then I have used their services for various other work on my house.

I had a big problem with my garage guttering on the side next to the neighbours' garage where it sagging and water was coming into the garage. I asked various builders but they all said as it was impossible to get to the side as the neighbours' garage was too close they couldn't install new guttering. Florin and Mike came up with a solution and replaced the guttering. They again did and excellent job.

Florin and Michael have been so helpful in my renovation project and they really can do it all! They installed laminate flooring, replastered walls and ceilings, replaced old radiators and much more within a very reasonable price. I have also contacted them for other jobs since then and they have been very helpful.

Florin and Michael are great builders. They came gave me an honest quote which was the cheapest I had got for the list of works needed to be done. Florin and Michael gave me a true and honest time scale which they stuck to and completed by. The quality of work is incredible, what I love about them is that they work like it is there own home and do it correct first time and they don't cut corners. They communicate very well and use WhatsApp. They always come when they say they will and always on time. I highly recommend Florin and Michael, they are very nice people, very reliable, great builders and honest. Honestly they done my external and internal insulation for both my bay windows and including a smaller bay, made a fence / gate, garden path, loft legs and boards and stripped one room. Michael is an amazing carpenter and sorted my bay window out superbly. I can't fault these guys, I will definitely be using them to do my flat roofs. Oh and they made me a canopy, is there anything they can't do lol. Thank you Florin and Michael for all your hard work and dedication 10/10
