The laptop I ordered needed some upgrades to RAM and hard drive capacity to achieve what I needed. All the upgrades were done by Craig and his team over a weekend and was delivered on the day promised. Not only that, it was packaged so well!

I am a very happy owner of a top quality laptop at a fraction of the cost had I bought it new. I also have complete confidence in knowing that I made the right decision with the advice from Craig.

I'm writing this review a few months after delivery and have had no challenges or technical problems. If I had, then I know Craig and his team are there to help as there is 2 years of after sales support included.

Where does one start, easy to use and navigate website, excellent selection of laptops with easily understood specifications making the correct choice a doddle. Extremely fast delivery and well packaged. My remanufactured HP laptop looked and operated just like a brand new one. When Craig followed up delivery to inquire if I was happy with the laptop I happened to mention about a scratch on the cover, he instantly arranged for it's collection and for a replacement brand new cover to be fitted whilst keeping me updated all the time with it's progress. I have always practised in business that no one company can be perfect all the time but it is how you deal with a customer's problem that leaves a lasting impression with the customer. Craig and his company c2kit.co.uk certainly went the extra mile in dealing with my small observation and left an excellent lasting impression with me and which I will gladly relate to colleagues.
