Als Marketing-Mitarbeiterin in einer Agentur hatte ich bisher eine positive Erfahrung mit Feedbax. Das Feedbax-Team war stets professionell, zuvorkommend, persönlich engagiert und kompetent.
Ein kleiner Nachteil für mich persönlich ist vielleicht die Tatsache, dass es nur mit Premium-Abo möglich ist, einen weiteren Admin zum Feedbax-Agenturprofil hinzuzufügen, um nicht ausschließlich mit einem LinkedIn-Profil einsteigen zu müssen.

The project budget is 500 000 € for 10 videos and at first I was suspicious about this offer, especially since I had never heard of Feedbax previously.

I raised my concerns to Armin (CEO at Feedbax), who gave me several ways to check the legitimacy of this opportunity. In the end, I decided to apply and my agency was shortlisted: this morning, we had an online meeting with the customer leading the project and I can now 100 % vouch for Feedbax.

It is all legit.

Anfragen gibt es mit unterschiedlichen Volumen, dies wird aber gut in dem Feedbax Portal dargestellt.

"Feedbax is a scam"

We were approached by this feedbax.de yesterday. They promised a very high paying project. Almost sounded too good to be true (probably is). Now it turns out that only paying customer are considered for this "project". Sounds like scam to me. Wouldn't consider signing up for this. Also, their LinkedIn page only shows 3 employees?!

In reply to Feedbax:

It is a scam for the following reasons:

1. Saying you can apply with: "Please be aware that in order to apply for this project, it is mandatory to create a free company profile." (literally copied from the email) And then replying to a request for clarification that your bid will only be considered if you signup for a paid subscription. That was to be expected, of course.

2. The bidding process is not transparent. Only bidders on the "shortlist" are shown. But who wins? That is not disclosed. So the question is: is there an actual winner? Is there an actual project? One will never know.

3. Having been in the video production industry for over 14 years I have an understanding of an average budget. And this budget sounds too good to be true, so it probably is. This, plus the "you have to create a free profile to be considered, but actually only paid profiles will be considered" sounds like a ruse to lure people/businesses into paying for monthly subscription. That can only be billed annually, mind you! And all that with 9 guarantee that there actually will be projects to bid on.

An interesting detail is that Feedbax cannot guarantee that clients won't ghost either them other the winning bidder (again, if there really is a winning bidder). So, there really isn't a guarantee that this paid subscription brings any value whatsoever.

I'm sorry, but that doesn't sound like a legitimate business to me, but like one of those "get rich quick schemes" you see posting ads on Facebook these days. And it's them getting rich, not businesses like ours.

And yes, a business like yours needs to make money. That is why legitimate platforms that have a comparable offering either take a cut of what the client pays, or have a combination of a low monthly subscription (that can be cancelled on a monthly basis) plus charging the winning company a percentage of what the client pays. That is a transparent way of doing business. Not disclosing who won the bid, simply isn't.
