Tony and the staff were fantastic from the start to the finish. They were very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. They were always on hand if you needed clarification on anything. They were just a phone call away. Would highly recommend to anyone.

When the owner of the company came to my house he said he could easily sell my property for a certain amount. He over promised and greatly under delivered.
I was not given the opportunity to proof read the listing before it went live. There were seven errors. These were corrected promptly.
On the plus side, the office manager and her staff were very supportive throughout.

Cannot fault our experience from start to finish. Had Matt out from the East Kilbride branch, he was professional and very knowledgeable about the local market. Everything went like clockwork. We went live on the Monday, a steady stream of viewers through the week and we were under offer at closing date a week later! I can’t recommend them highly enough! I mostly dealt with Karen in the office in terms of viewings and offers, she was professional and kept me up to date with everything. From my initial enquiry to Tony, to the subsequent valuation with Matt, to the various members of staff who provided regular updates - the service was first class.

Tony phoned me swiftly following my enquiry and Matt was knowledgable, attentive and fantastic to deal with. The office staff regularLy updated me, arranged numerous viewings and kept me updated throughout. The advice from everyone was excellent, the staff were friendly, polite, enthusiastic and cheerful in all our dealings.
