My business is creating digital goods, which means each quarter includes VATMOSS in addition to the normal VAT. I was finding this to be a minefield as the correct amount of tax for each sale in each European country has to be paid.

I have been with Alchemy Accountancy for a few years now, and focus solely on my work, as they deal expertly with VAT Moss in addition to all more normal accountancy work. I would be lost without these people.

You do not need to be in the same location either as them. I am based in N Ireland, and Alchemy are in England. I find this to be more effective, rather than travelling into an accountants office, they just do everything in the background. When they need to speak with me, they call, or periodically zoom meetings when the need arises. For me this was a game changer. Rather than looking for an accountant near me and hope they were familiar with VATMOSS, I was able to choose the best accountant for me that had experience with my type of business. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
