I was planned to spend ~£1500 and got poor customer support. Caitriona was in contact from BBQ Barn. Contacted BBQ Barn for price match for a specific bbq and griddle plate, they asked who is other party, I was honest, but they turned down the offer on other side and stopped responding. For what reason? You lost a customer! Seems prices are governed by the newly on the market vendor. Lesson learned. Will try to avoid BBQ Barn in the future.

From the first phone call (Paul took the call and was very helpful and patient) to delivery, everything went very well. The BBQ/Grill (Whistler Alpine SBD-411BY-1) is relatively easy to build and quite good quality. It is not a Napolean but for the price difference, it is a great option. As with many of these types of grills the cabinet doors don't align perfectly and unfortunately the gas regulator that you attach to the gas bottle was damaged and couldn't be used. I had a spare so DID NOT bring this to BBQ Barns attention. However, I believe that if I had, they would have rectified the issue and I place this belief in the way Dave and the team handled everything else.
