Woww! Im really amazed by the service i received from Safemile. My car was broke down while going to MD and Safemile send a driver within 2 hours of contacting them. Customer service is very responsive and professional. If i ever need to ship my car again, i will call them for sure. Highly recommended.

I shipped my vehicle from VA to CA and Safemile made the process very easy. The driver Darko kept me updated for pick up and delivery and I even got my car delivered one day early. "Bait and switch"

I was promised pickup on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest and got no call, no show. I called Wednesday and was told my car would be picked up by 3:00pm at the very latest - no call, no show. I called back at 6:15 and was told not to worry, that for extra money they could get me on a truck right away. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on.
I then called another transport company and got an honest quote(yes, it was a little higher. But it was realistic) and got the job done.
Be careful with this place. The low price they quote is not possible, they’re just trying to get you into a contract. After that they string you along until you either pay more, or someone on your route is desperate enough to take their lowball offer. But you may be waiting quite sometime for someone to take that offer.

Everyone was very polite and positive. The process was fairly easy. They kept us posted every few days of progress. The car was delivered in the same condition it was shipped. Very competitive fee. We shipped from central FL to northern ID. Would recommend Safemile!
