My experience has been one of excellent engagement with everyone at BD in general. I have been able to deal with certain situations collaboratively. This has helped me engage in a way that is fair to both parties, Omatic and BD.

A good case in point is Guilherme Agostinho at the company CKO. First, it was fantastic that he was there. Second, he was actively engaged with his team. Third, he was very open to me about his concerns that he felt perhaps he wasn't "doing enough to help the team." Fourth, that showed humility but it also allowed me to engage with him and indicate not only was he helping the team, he was, so far as I am concerned, an Omatic team member first, BD second.

Beyond this, Gui also indicated areas where he would like to improve himself and engage more with the team. Knowing this, I am now able to engage with him and broaden his scope here, which not only help us but also has benefit to Gui, and, not incidentally, in its own small way, strengthens the Omatic / BD relationship.

In Q3 2024, we needed help building custom software for our engineering firm. We met with different US and abroad vendors to find the best option. BairesDev was the best in this process, as their team was extremely responsive and offered speed without absurd prices. We built a small team of 3 developers who built the custom software we needed. Our team is distributed through the east and south of the US, and the best of BairesDev was having a team that operated in our time zones. Now, we will most likely continue to work with them on new projects.
