"Had to speak with a customer service…"

Had to speak with a customer service rep since was having trouble placing my order online. My call was answered quickly. The person I spoke to was clear and friendly, provided great service and helped make sure I was ordering the correct products for my machine. Order arrived in 2 days!

"Advantage + printer Issue"

Our Advantage + printer was not pulling cards from the hopper. Turns out the printer needed cleaning! Tried the cleaning cards we had but they didn't work. Found out those might have been the originals from 2015, was able to order new cards and cleaned the printer two times. Works like a charm now!

"If you know you have faulty products, stop sending them out."

We ordered an expensive dye film, which said was compatible with our printer on the IDville website. We received the package, the box inside was smashed, and did not work with our printer. We already paid $15 in shipping to receive this and had to pay to ship it back. I got on the phone with an IDville rep and he ordered us the correct dye film which was on backorder. When we received this new dye film, it arrived in another smashed box. This one also did not work. I called again and another rep put in a ticket and set me up with a meeting. I waited for 15 minutes after our scheduled meeting time and called myself. I was transferred to someone else and was told there have been faulty batches of dye film and he would test this next one himself before sending it. This last one we received finally worked. At this point we were weeks behind on making badges for our new hires. We had to pay shipping more than once for faulty products. We should've received a full refund for both films. Not impressed. I will say all the reps I talked to were very personable people, but there were no steps taken to make up for the mistake that the company was responsible for.
