I bought ready made lined Curtains but the quality was not what I expected from Harry Corry, the lining was very poor quality, and badly made, they were almost see through, was very disappointed and returned them

I was at your store at Forestside today. I was just browsing for a curtain pole. Sharon from the store was so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She also helped with getting curtains and gave such practical advice. She was brilliant. If all your staff have the customer service skills that Sharon has you should be very proud of yourselves. I wouldn't normally shop in Harry Corry but I will do in the future on the basis of the exemplary customer service given by Sharon.
