"Regretting getting a phone with you…"

Regretting getting a phone with you guys. The customer service is really bad at handling emails. The phone that I had received had a issue and I had send an email to your customer service side, even after a week there was no reply. Today is a friday. How long would I have to receive a proper reply from your guys?
The video has already been send in the attachment yet the customer service refused to look at it and claim the video wasn't there, so they did not have to deal with it. Please let back to me after 5th Jan as I will be on the cruise.
It would have been better getting the phone and dealing directly with telcom if I knew the service was gonna be so bad.
