I've tried at least 5 different delivery health food-meal companies.. Fuel Hub stands alone for a number of reasons! Quality of food, perfect portion size (filling), always varied and delicious. It ends up being £7.50 a meal for me, 8 a week. Don't hesitate, just do it!

I was hesitant but I needed to know that I was getting my daily intake of good nutrition. I used to buy the same old stuff every week and couldn't get out of the rut of same o same o. I hate shopping for food and I don't have a lot of time to shop , prepare and cook. I also train for an hour every day and it's really great to finish my evening session and pop a meal in the microwave eat and then rest for the evening, normally I would have to spend a lot more time cooking etc ..
The meals taste really great and I know exactly how many calories and protein I'm eating.
