Where do I start. This place never disappoints. Fully stocked, variety of goods, reliable and if they don’t have it they will get it in for me and contact me when it arrives. Never fails to please. Dee n her staff are amazing. The friendliest bunch ever. Dee goes above and beyond to help, very friendly and professional at what she does. She’s always there to greet us and help any way she can. I even put in a suggestion for some heaters in there and a few weeks later they installed them. Such an enjoyable experience evrey time I visit.

Poor management sale team dont respond at email. so i request EFG owner ask your team management why dont reply customer. I am your regular customer. we purchased many products your website as a bulk. but every time write a wrong billing address on the invoice when we contact management but management dont respond. at least reply the email
