RentVillas has communicated with us for several years, featuring terrific properties in Europe, especially France and Italy, our countries of choice for traveling. When we actually rented one of their offerings in Tuscany in October of 2013, they exceeded all our expectations with their prompt and attentive service throughout the process. Their information and advice was accurate and timely, and the property was delightful and exactly as described. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

From the moment I submitted my inquiry to RentVillas.com, it was a smooth, seamless travel experience. My planning was made easier by their professional, knowledgeable staff. They gave me plenty of notice about when my payments were due, and what my payment options were. The information they promised was delivered on-time, and was very clear and concise (directions to our villa, contact information for our host, etc.). There were absolutely no issues while we were at the villa, so I didn't have any experience with RentVillas.com having to resolve anything. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. I would definitely - - and have already! - - recommend them to anyone looking for this type of a holiday.

"Easiest trip I ever planned."

The RentVillas web site is so easy to use. The property we selected, Il Cortile del Borgo, was exactly as described and couldn't have been more perfect. The personification of Tuscany.

RentVillas' staff was very knowagable about the region. We were given exact directions--even though the route was circuitus. We were provided with additional resources for signtseeing and tours; given contacts, with code numbers for special pricing for car and GPS rental (and yes, it's worth having). I have no suggestions for improving their service. Our trip was fabulous..

I rented a villa in Tuscany. I had specific requirements for ten people and specific locations that I wanted to be there. RentVillas.com provided me with multiple listings and recommendations based on my requirements. The information packet that i received gave all the details and covered any circumstance that may have come up. The description of the property, location, etc was perfect. You don't realize it until you are actually on the property and in the surrounding area. Typcially we have stayed in hotels in the past, but I definately would review the inventory and consider a small rental for a small group or family or a large rental for a large group.
