There have been several issues over the years with the finance agreements but the last time I had Botox in December 2020 just prior to lockdown, I was left with my right eye almost closed. My eyelid drooped and it distorted my vision. Of course due to lockdown I could not return for review though I did contact about the problem. This was ongoing until the end of March when I could eventually open my eye fully. I was devastated and as a result of all the above I will never return
