Paid for postage. Didn't receive a despatch notification. Asked to cancel order and was told it was too late as it had been despatched? When I pointed out it hadn't been despatched I quickly received an email pretending it had been to prevent a refund. The tracking number even showed royal mail didn't have the item. Tried to tell me I'd be charged twenty percent to send the items back. Will now be contacting trading standards and citizens advice to get a full refund and further compensation
In response to the reply from the seller - there is no 3pm cut off stipulated in your terms and conditions. I have evidence of my cancellation email to the seller and evidence that royal mail did not receive the item until 16.30pm same day. Seeing as the seller is unwilling to provide a full refund I will be taking appropriate action

Just wanted to write a few short words about my experience shopping online with Totally Vapour. My original purchase was dealt with and received very quickly.There was a tiny fault with an item amongst my order that was part of a prepacked item from the manufacturer. They could not know that it would be faulty but still sorted it out for me. Fantastic people and would thoroughly recommend them.

Despite the reply given to my review even with a 50/50 ratio oil it still leaks I have emailed & sent photos of leaking (my time again as the consumer) no reply from this company! even with the “goodwill” coils! Yes numerous emails as I’m the company tried to blame the coil sent straight from supplier for the leak!
The company have not resolved the leak issue and I would not use or recommend the company
