"It went well...but..."

The installation went fine however two points:
1) Our service was not turned on and left that way for several weeks. We were contacted about our first payment being due when the system had only been turned on two days prior.
2) Nobody ever explained the setup or operation of monitoring the system through my smart phone or PC,

I was referred to this company from a friend who didn't actually purchase from them , only consulted and then wished he had. The process from start to finish was seamless. The financing offered was very competitive and kept from a lengthy refi. Emil was our sales rep who was super knowledgeable and explained the entire process and has since still been available to answer technology questions even after install. It was a been a painless process and now we have added a huge asset to our property value.
