I was sold a defective hard drive for my lap top, the hard drive crashed a month later. The tech "checked out" and said it was OK he spent another 2hours setting it up. And 30 days later it crashed again. The tech offered no apology and offer to make it right. Instead he was looking forward to charging me another set up fee.
For what I spent on the repairs I could have bought a new computer. Furthermore while working on my time that I'm paying for he was addressing another client's computer issues instead of focusing my computer.
I will never use this tech again and I've contacted associates and warned them about this technician.
