This is the first time that I purchased a watch from LIV.
I purchased the model (REBEL-ART BY TJ EISENHART), because I liked very much the design and trusted in Swess made watches and my opinion doesn't change or even it improves through my daily use.
I was also impressed by the quality of services: it is very rapid (I received every time replies within one hour) and the replies were very accurate and personal and I really feel like being a part of LIV watches family.

"P-51 for the Win"
Although I was initially hesitant to purchase this watch due to cost, I'm glad that I did. Since I have a background in aviation, the P-51 piqued my interest. I'm not really a "watch guy" so I opted to read most of the prior reviews of the P-51 series. Verdict: They were right.
This timepiece is outstanding. I chose the black/grey with the titanium bracelet because I think it looks better for both casual and dressier occasions. It's a masculine, bold and handsome timepiece. Honestly, I can't stop looking at it. It appears intimidating at distance but once you have it in on your wrist, it makes quite a statement.

"I have recently bought a Rebel ART"
I have recently bought a Rebel ART. These are undoubtedly well-made watches with brilliant designs, and they are marketed excellently. Sales follow-up is focused and communication good. BUT ... whilst the movement is certified to +- 5 secs a day mine is fast by around 10 to 14 per day. I've informed LIV and they've said they'd happily look at it but returning the watch would be at my cost. This is a minor issue of course, but I will not be paying anything else to a company whose brand new purchased product doesn't meet their own stated standards and for which they accept it requires adjustment. Pity. I thought LIV really was top notch but for me, they have fallen from their pedestal because of a simple post-sales error.

From pressing “click” to buy my Liv, the service I received was absolutely amazing.
From order in the US to delivery in the UK only took FIVE DAYS!
Communication from Live was unbelievable and even the CEO contacted me personally.
My GX1 watch in cool grey is beautiful and the quality is very good. The subtle use of different colours makes the watch stand out.
I can genuinely say that buying my Liv has been my best on-line shopping experience and the watch is stunning.

I’ve been admiring LIV watches for a while and decided to get one. As a company the service was 1st class, fantastic communication and a very easy ordering process. The watch was on my wrist less than 5 days from ordering and I’m in the UK. And the watch is gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice. I’m actually already shopping for my next one.

"Liv P-51 Cripes A'Mighty watch experience"
My experience with Liv has been both pleasing and surprising. Pleasing whereby the shopping experience was well supported by qualified personnel who answer promptly to all my questions including making suggestions. Once you complete your purchase, they then follow through until you get your watch delivered and the after-sale service just keeps on going. They check up regularly to see if everything is ok, provide tutorials on how to use your watch, warranty follow up, etc. Their marketing approach and after sale service is the portion that surprised me the most. Rarely have I dealt with a company that was taking care of their customers in such a way. Regardless if some of these follow ups are automated, they are pertinent to the whole experience. All that said, the crown jewel, the actual watch is stunning and I'm very pleased of the look and the craftsmanship. Well done Liv team, keep it up and can't wait for your new collection.
