I had a leak in my toilet and as I live alone was at a complete loss as to how to deal with it. I got in touch with DNE and spoke to the owner Dean, who put me compleatly at ease and informed me that he would be with me within the hour, he also told me what to do in the meantime. When he arrived he was very polite and automatically knew exactly what to do (so very professional). Least to say within an hour the toilet was fully working with the minimum amout of mess.
